CACPRE is a scientific association where the founders and members share their knowledge and resources to promote and encourage the activities of the industry on a voluntary basis and for non-profit purposes. The Austrian Society for Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgery is the scientific association of specialists in plastic surgery. The Bolivian Society of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery is a non-profit organization that brings together scientifically and ethically qualified professionals specialized in plastic surgery that meet all the requirements for accreditation. The selection of its members is careful and thorough, evaluating, above all, the quality of the training of its affiliates focused on the integrality of plastic surgery in both the reconstructive and aesthetic aspects. It organizes educational programs and periodically holds events for its members in order to maintain the highest standards in ethics, awareness, safety and responsibility in Bolivia.

The Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery was founded in 1948 in São Paulo, with the aim of promoting and improving the study of plastic surgery in Brazil. Today, the SBCP is made up of approximately 6,700 plastic surgeons, including associates and aspiring members. To join the SBCP, the applicant must be a doctor with a three-year specialization in general surgery and three additional years in plastic surgery (in a service accredited by the SBCP and/or MEC), and pass a written and oral exam. Regular scientific meetings are held where members can update their scientific knowledge.

The Bulgarian Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (BulAPRAS) was established in 2000 and all. of its members are certified, plastic surgeons. The main goal of the organization is to provide quality and safe services in each of the areas of the speciality - reconstructive surgery, aesthetic surgery and treatment of thermal trauma. BulAPRAS coordinates and supports the activities of plastic surgeons in Bulgaria, for which it works in close cooperation with the Ministry of Health, Miltary Medical Academy and National Health Insurance Fund. The association organizes scientific meetings and events to educate, raise the qualification of its members and assist in the improvement of the programs for specialization and qualification of doctors.

The Canadian Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery was created to bring together the experts in aesthetic plastic surgery throughout Canada and internationally — and they ensure to maintain that elite level of excellence through their ongoing educational programs and peer-to-peer interaction. CSAPS shares their collaborative knowledge and offers each of their members access to the latest information, technology and expertise in the field of aesthetic surgery and medicine to ensure that their patients receive the finest care, safest procedures and best results available.

The Chilean Society of Plastic Surgery (SCCP) is a non-profit scientific medical group that aims to oversee the best quality of training, certification and care of plastic surgeons in Chile. It is made up of more than 150 plastic surgeons, all accredited and/or certified in the country or abroad with their titles approved by the state of Chile. Within its mission is to allow all patients to identify and choose the most scientifically and ethically qualified professionals when planning for aesthetic or reconstructive plastic surgery. It also provides medical education to its members with the latest in world plastic surgery through monthly scientific meetings, courses and congresses.

The Colombian Society of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery (SCCP) is a medical-scientific union that brings together duly trained and certified plastic surgeons with academic programs endorsed by universities in Colombia or abroad. The board of directors exercises the government of the company as a delegate of the general assembly and is the governing entity of the association's activities and policies. They are committed to the improvement of the specialty and the members of their scientific entity, in addition to working to inform the general public in matters of aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.

The Czech Society of Aesthetic Surgery (CZMA) is an association of plastic surgeons who primarily specialise in the treatment of aesthetic problems associated with body image and shape. The scientific interest of the society lies in having exclusive competence in the given field and, therefore, it aims to assure the provision of quality care and surgical performance by qualified surgeons. For this reason, only plastic surgeons who have passed a respective qualification examination can become members of the society. Co-operation with other disciplines is not disregarded, since the Society belongs to the Czech Medical Association of Jan Evangelista Purkyne (CLS JEP), connecting all medical fields across the Czech Republic. 

The Danish Society for Cosmetic Plastic Surgery (DSKP) is a professional society for Danish specialists in plastic surgery who have practiced cosmetic/aesthetic surgery and are committed to keeping their professional knowledge up to date through professional courses, meetings and congresses in Denmark and abroad. To become a member of the Danish Society for Cosmetic Plastic Surgery, the plastic surgeon must agree to the society's ethical guidelines. This will ensure that patients receive the best advice and treatment. 

The Dominican Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (SODOCIPRE) is the institution that groups Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgeons of the Dominican Republic. The society brings together a select group of plastic surgeon specialists under faithful compliance with the current laws and codes of ethics of the Dominican Medical College and FILACP. SODOCIPRE has maintained an ascending search of the excellence of its members, sponsoring continuing education programs, promoting conferences involving world-renowned plastic surgery professors, organizing courses, workshops, symposiums and national and international congresses.

The Ecuadorian Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (SECPRE) is a scientific society that brings together specialists in plastic surgery who have been deserving of being part of it due to their merits in terms of training, knowledge, experience and ethics. The society was founded in 1969 with the aim of providing optimal quality healthcare to patients while offering the highest levels of professionalism.

The goal of serving aesthetic plastic surgeons has always been the philosophy of EASAPS: They are extending this goal to ESAPS and reaching out to all trained plastic surgeons in Europe. They decided to introduce new items for the recognition of  European Aesthetic Plastic Surgery by creating the Co-Society ESAPS, with the same Board and same adapted by-laws, that will allow them to also support the Individual Plastic Aesthetic Surgeons that could not be reached in other ways.

The European Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery is the the umbrella organisation of all European national societies. Its aim is to increase connections amongst the different European National Societies through European meetings, National appointed meetings, ESPRAS Fellowships, European plastic surgery reviews and other tools. Each member of Plastic Reconstructive Surgery and Aesthetic society in Europe is therefore a member of ESPRAS (over 7000 members) by default.

The purpose of the Association of Finnish Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (SEP) is to promote the education and scientific, practical and professional development of aesthetic plastic surgery in Finland, as well as the collegial cooperation of its members. The purpose of the association also includes keeping in touch with similar foreign associations and creating interaction with them. To fulfill its purpose, the association organizes training events, participates in the organization of national and international meetings as needed, and distributes grants to promote aesthetic plastic surgery. In addition, the association gives statements and makes presentations, organizes meetings, seminars and presentation events. 

The French Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (SOFCEP) is a scientific society of surgeons qualified by the National Council of the Order of Physicians and mainly practice aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, however, all surgeons qualified in plastic surgery by the National Council of the Order are not necessarily members of SOFCEP. The members of SOFCEP are bound to a rigorous ethical duty vis-à-vis the public. In addition, the members of our Society are committed to ongoing training and the regular exchange of their knowledge. Finding a surgeon through SOFCEP guarantees that the surgeon is qualified via rigorous training and undergoes regular professional updating, and abides by the rules of practice defined in the SOFCEP charter.

The DGPRÄC, founded in 1968, is a scientific society and professional association with over 2,000 members. As an official representative, it focuses on the general and professional interests of plastic surgery within the German medical profession vis-à-vis its elected representatives as well as vis-à-vis authorities, political institutions and the media. The society's commitments include all four 'pillars' of the field: Reconstructive Surgery, Hand Surgery, Aesthetic Surgery and Burn Surgery.

The Association of German Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (VDÄPC) is the largest professional association of aesthetic surgeons in Germany. The members of VDÄPC are both general practitioners and clinicians in the field of plastic and aesthetic surgery. Our members must continuously educate themselves beyond their training as specialists in plastic and aesthetic surgery to ensure that their professional knowledge and practical skills remain up-to-date at a consistently high level.

The Hellenic Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (HESPRAS), founded in 1969, is a non-profit Scientific Association and represents the majority of plastic surgeons in Greece. The main objective of HESPRAS is the promotion of the specialty by the dissemination and strengthening of research, the organization of all kinds of scientific events, the cooperation with other scientific bodies in Greece and abroad, the supervision and faithful observance of laws and regulations concerning the duties and rights of Plastic Surgeons, and its participation in all scientific matters concerning the specialty.

The Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgeons of Guatemala (ACPERG) is a non-profit scientific association, whose main objective is to ensure the professional quality of its associates, their ethical and moral principles, correct performance and adequate education. ACPERG is recognized and endorsed by the University of San Carlos of Guatemala, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Guatemala, the Ibero-Latin American Federation of Plastic Surgery (FILACP), the International Confederation of Plastic Surgery Societies (ICOPLAST), which makes it the only body representing plastic surgery in their country. Currently, the Association of Plastic Surgery of Guatemala works tirelessly to provide its associates with resources that allow them to stay at the forefront of surgery, permanently organizing education and updating events in order to maintain the highest standards in ethics, safety and responsibility in Guatemala.

The Hungarian Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (HSPRAS) guarantees that its members carry out their activities in Hungary within the framework of the legislation and with sufficient professional knowledge.

The Indian Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (IAAPS) is the only representative organisation of qualified Plastic Surgeons practising Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in India whose members have special interest in improving how you look. They are dedicated to the promotion of highest professional standards and technical skills in cosmetic surgery. It is their duty to educate the regional public about cosmetic surgery along with benefits as well as limitations. They also offer all options to a given patient and help them choose an option to suit their needs. Their members have access to the most current plastic surgery techniques; they conduct courses, symposia and educational programs, taught by some of the most highly respected instructors in the world which ensures that their members are at the forefront of the technical and safety research in Aesthetic Plastic surgery.

Plastic surgery in Indonesia was initiated by the late Professor Moenadjat Wiratmadja. Members of lnaPRAS (PERAPI in Indonesia) have a regular charity program to do surgeries for patients with cleft lip and palate problems all over Indonesia. There are various foundations (local and international) that usually give donations for these surgeries. Another mission of PERAPI is to prepare its members for the globalization and free trade of AFTA by introducing its members in seminars, talkshows and annual scientific meetings. PERAPI members also actively give education for general practitioners and other specialists through several established programs in their branches every year, such as JBWC (Jakarta Burn Congress and Wound Conference), Joglosemar Craniofacial Forum and many more.

The Iranian society of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgeons was established in 1955 with the help of pioneers in this field and has been benefited by training of world-renowned scholars such as Professor Paul Tessier, Joe Murry (Nobel Laureate), and Professor Mission. The current organization of this association includes elite surgeons who have completed a full course of general surgery and will complete a full course of plastic surgery after completing a full specialty course of general surgery. After which they will receive the degree of plastic specialist (plastic surgeon).

The Irish Association of Plastic Surgeons (IAPS) is a group of fully-accredited plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgeons, and the Voice of Plastic Surgery in Ireland. It is the only body of plastic surgeons recognised by the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), and The Medical Council. IAPS aims to promote awareness and understanding of the work done by plastic surgeons, and with the RCSI, is responsible for training future plastic surgeons.

The Israeli Association of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery is the official and only body that represents the experts in plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery in Israel. The association includes members who work in all areas of plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, and provide services in the public, private and community sectors. The association is under the supervision of the Israel Medical Association, and the Scientific Council that approves the specialist degree and the Ministry of Health.

AICPE was the first all-Italian aesthetic plastic surgery association to come into formation. Their mission is the promotion of training in aesthetic plastic surgery, the development and encouragement of best practice, professional and ethical conduct, the establishment of strong relationships with international associations, promotion of better understanding of cosmetic plastic surgery and the dissemination of renewing knowledge to the members of the association. 

SICPRE is motivated by the development of Plastic Surgery, fostering Members education and training and providing the best scientific information for the general public on all the topics related to the different aspects of the specialty. SICPRE runs a range of activities, largely for plastic surgeon members - furnishing an annual CME training program aimed at preparing guidelines to regulate diagnosis and treatment, advertising clinical trials in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, Regions, Teaching Hospitals and other public Healthcare Institutions.

The Japan Society of Cosmetic Surgery (JSAPS) comes under the branch of the Japan Society of Orthopedic and Plastic Surgery, which was established in January 1977, and aims to contribute to the development of cosmetic surgery and the welfare of the people. It is the only cosmetic surgery society in the Japan recognized by ISAPS. 

The Jordanian Society for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (JSPRS) is a non-profit organization specializing in plastic surgery, which is committed to raising and maintaining the standards of medical practice of plastic surgery in Jordan and the UAE. Founded in 2008, the company represents Jordanian Board-certified plastic surgeons, under the guidance of the the UAE Society for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (UAESPRS) - the only leading authority on cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery in the UAE.

The Kuwait Society of Plastic Surgery (KSPS) is the peak body for both cosmetic and specialist reconstructive surgeons. Their main goal is to protect the integrity of plastic surgery as a specialty in the UAE and their mission is to provide the highest quality Plastic Surgery care to Kuwait and other Gulf countries by upholding ethical and professional standards and promoting public education about reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery procedures.

Founded in 1966, the LSPRAS is the leading professional Association of Certified Plastic Surgeons. Each member of this society is a surgeon who, in addition to being certified by the Lebanese Order of Physicians and by the Ministry of Health, has fulfilled all the conditions required by the Society to become a member and has demonstrated a serious commitment to continuous medical education in the latest Plastic and Aesthetic Surgical techniques. The association organizes monthly scientific meetings and promotes patient care and safety to keep education in the industry up-to-date. 

The AMCPER is the medical body that brings together all the certified plastic surgeons in the country of Mexico. Its main function is to promote the academic growth and continuing medical education of its members through the organization of refresher courses, national and international congresses, workshops, and other events. The academic demand and the desire for constant improvement of the members of the AMCPER are the reasons why Mexican plastic surgery has positioned itself as one top 3 most recognized worldwide for the last few years. 

Founded in March 2013, the SOMCEP is an academic society that brings together surgeons certified by the National Council of the Order of Physicians in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery. To gain membership of the SOMCEP, surgeons vow to a rigorous ethical duty towards the public and a promise to the commitment to ongoing exchange and improvement of knowledge. 

The NVEPC has existed for 21 years and sets the highest standards for its members. They provide continuous training so that their members are aware of the latest developments. Their qualified surgeons ensure patient safety in the Netherlands with regard to all aesthetic or cosmetic procedures. In addition to being trained for 6 years in an academic and peripheral hospital, their members strictly adhere to the guidelines drawn up by the profession for aesthetic procedures. The NVEPC meticulously screens its members and an active presence in the industry is required to join.

ANCP are a legally constituted Association established more than 25 years ago, made up of Specialist Doctors in Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery who comply with an accreditation process based on their academic training, experience and professional ethics. The NSAPS, founded in 1886, is a professional medical association for doctors working in the field of plastic surgery and is the currently the only complete professional association in Norway. Boasting over 38,000 medical students and doctors as members, NSAPS is recognized as the largest medical community in the country. The society's purpose is to promote the development of the subject, with primary focus on public health and patient safety. 

OSAPS was founded in 1988 and includes members from 12 countries across the East Asian territory. They are the official regional plastic surgery society recognized by the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS). Their primary purpose as a society is to promote oriental beauty, to provide continuing quality education on the latest procedures and techniques for plastic surgeons and to ensure that safe and ethical practices are in place for their patients.

The Pakistan Association of Plastic Surgeons (PAPS) was established in 1993. It is the only representative body of plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgeons in Pakistan. The members of this association are bound by a code of conduct and a set of by-laws which requires them to practice the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. Many PAPS surgeons provide charitable reconstructive surgery, such as cleft palate correction, to children and adults around the country, especially in rural regions.

The APCPER was founded to make available to the general public a reliable platform to get in contact with the top, most qualified board-certified surgeons in aesthetic, plastic and reconstructive surgery in Panama. The greatest benefit they offer to the patients in their country is the support of an entity internationally recognized for its professionalism, patient safety consciousness and educational resources in line with strict medical protocols. 

The Peruvian Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (SPCPRE) is a scientific medical association of plastic surgeons in constant search for professional excellence in the specialty of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the national and international level. The society is certified to train surgeons via academic programs endorsed by Peruvian and foreign universities, accredited and qualified by Peruvian medical authorities.

The PSPRAS is an official organization bringing together plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeons working in the Republic of Poland. Members of the Polish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery base their conduct on the Code of Medical Ethics and on the ethical principles announced by PTChPRiE, the legal Polish medical authority. The society strives to improve the quality of its members' surgical practice by updating their professional skills and sharing their expertise with colleagues and patients.

The Portuguese Society of Reconstructive and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (SPCPRE) was born in 1961 and has since been affirmed by the Portuguese medical body, earning its full recognition as the most respected plastic surgery society in the country. SPCPRE is a scientific society that brings together plastic surgeons recognized for their training, knowledge, experience and professional ethics, and with the passion for promoting excellent care to patients.

Established in 1994, the Romanian Aesthetic Surgery Society has over 125 active members. RASS' mission is to promote professional excellence, generosity and collegiality between generations of surgeons, and their joint priority is patient safety. The society is increasing its presence online with interesting aesthetic surgery courses taught by its members showing the latest innovative techniques.

RSPRAS is an all-Russian public organization that unites representatives of various surgical specialties, whose scientific and practical activities are related to plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. The society also acts as a representative of other medical and non-medical specialties, whose activities are related to the field and whose ethical values align with the legal guidelines of surgical practice in Russia, and in the best interest of the patients. 

The SAPS was formed in 1976 and has since grown in strength and numbers, as well as national and international stature. The association actively and publicly promotes awareness for high quality plastic surgery while supporting its members in providing the highest and safest level of aesthetic and reconstructive surgical care. Furthermore, it organizes post-graduate activities for both plastic surgery trainees and its members, encouraging interaction and providing a bridge between the older and modern generations of surgeons.

APRASSA’s Plastic Surgeons are board-certified Plastic Surgeons who have completed a post-graduate residency programme.

APRASSA Plastic surgeons are located across South Africa and are available to help treat birth disorders, trauma, burns, and disease. The mission of APRASSA is to support its members in their efforts to provide the highest quality plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic/aesthetic care. This objective is achieved by maintaining professional and ethical standards.

KSAPS is an educational organization sponsoring scientific meetings on the latest advances in cosmetic plastic surgery. KSAPS scientific meetings are held annually and are officially endorsed by the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and is the only aesthetic society accredited by the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. The Journal of the Korean Society for Aesthetic Surgery, an official publication of KSAPS, is the most widely read clinical journal of cosmetic plastic surgery in Korea.

The Spanish Association of Plastic Aesthetic Surgery (AECEP) was created in 1989 to respond to the specific needs of Plastic Surgeons with a special dedication to Aesthetic Surgery and contributions to the dignity and development of this discipline in Spain.

The main objective of the society is to improve the quality of care by focusing on training, professional ethics, clinical practice, and research in the field of Plastic Surgery.

Since 1983, the Swedish Association for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery has organized specialists in plastic surgery. Our members have at least five years of service, training in the field as well as their own experience and knowledge of the various aesthetic interventions. All members must further their education annually, partly through training days organized by the association, and partly by participating in international courses and congresses.

Founded in 2012, the Swiss Society for Aesthetic Surgery SAS is the official representation of specialist surgeons with certified training (FMH) in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. The members of this society have a particular focus on aesthetic surgery that represents the majority of their medical activity. The mission of the Swiss Aesthetic Surgery Society is to offer education in aesthetic surgery, to enhance patient safety and to maintain the level of excellence of aesthetic surgery in Switzerland.

The Taiwan Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (TSAPS) was founded and established by senior members of Taiwan Society of Plastic Surgery in order to advance aesthetic plastic surgery in Taiwan since 1994. TSAPS owns the leading authority as well as the top rank in academic achievement. During the past two decades, TSAPS has been making every effort to stimulate and carry forward the research, education, and to set up the highest standards and competence of qualified plastic surgeons in aesthetic surgery in Taiwan.

To be awarded the specialist title, the candidate must have performed a defined minimum number of various types of operations, have passed a Thai Medical council examination in the specialty, held presentations and published papers. The title also guarantees that the holder regularly attends courses and congresses for the purpose of further training.

The Tunisian Society of Aesthetic surgery (Société Tunisienne de Chirurgie Esthétique, STCE) is a scientific and non-profit association of aesthetic and cosmetic Tunisian surgeons. It was founded in 2008 by well-recognized Tunisian plastic and maxillo-facial surgeons, some of whom also founded the Tunisian Society of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in 1992.

The aim of the Society is to strive to achieve the highest scientific and ethical standards for its members, especially in the field of aesthetic surgery and cosmetic medicine, by educating and training surgeons in these disciplines through scientific national and international meetings, training courses and workshops. This allows it to develop research, updates and the exchange of knowledge between participants. The Executive Board is elected every two years.

Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Association is an association established with the aim of developing knowledge in the field of aesthetic surgery and disseminating this knowledge among colleagues both nationally and internationally.

The USAPS plastic surgeons are progressive professionals who constantly raise the safety and quality level of the performed surgeries and:

• Despite decades of experience, they constantly learn new techniques.
• They learn the international standards of surgery with the world’s leading plastic surgeons.
• They are certified against the international standards and, as a result, become a Certified USAPS Surgeon.

Emirates Plastic Surgery Society was established as a non-profit organization, consisting of Plastic Surgeons who have a scientific certificate in Plastic Surgery. We had merely started with a hand few of members and over the years, the membership has increased tremendously.

BAAPS is solely dedicated to safety and education in cosmetic surgery, and which represents the vast majority of NHS-trained Consultant Plastic Surgeons in private practice.

BAAPS Members have completed the highest level of training available in their field, and keep up to date with surgical advances by attending scientific meetings in the UK and abroad and participating in specific association activities like the BAAPS annual audit.  

The Aesthetic Society is comprised of over 2,600 Plastic Surgeons; Active Members are certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (USA) or by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and have extensive training in the complete spectrum of surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic procedures. International Active Members are certified by equivalent boards of their respective countries.

The SVCPREM is a non-profit scientific society, whose main objective is to increase the study and dissemination of plastic surgery in Venezuela, as well as to ensure its ethical principles. The SVCPREM is recognized and endorsed by the Venezuelan Medical Federation, which makes it the only body representing plastic surgery in our country. Being a member of this society guarantees support from the point of view of professional training. This is particularly important due to the large number of doctors with inadequate training in this area, and who dare to perform surgical procedures without being duly accredited as plastic surgeons.
