The ISAPS Ethics Committee serves an Ombudsman role for all ethical complaints brought forward to the ISAPS Board of Directors (BoD), independently reviewing complaints and advising the BoD if, and what kind of, sanctions should be imposed. The Committee formulated ISAPS' Code of Ethics that serves as mandatory guidelines to all Society members regarding their professional (medical), scientific and inter-collegial behavior.
