Information about the submission of abstracts for the ISAPS Olympiad World Congress 2025, Singapore, including topics and types of presentation.
The ISAPS Scientific Committee invites you to submit your work as an abstract for presentation during the ISAPS Olympiad World Congress, to be held in Singapore between 18 and 21 June 2025.
Abstracts will be accepted into the following topic tracks and may be considered for oral presentation, rapid fire panel discussions or poster sessions:
To submit your abstract, choose your topic and prepare an abstract of a maximum of 500 words. Each abstract must be a completed study, clinical case or new technique. Abstracts must be original presentations and will be held to CME compliance standards.

The deadline for submissions is Friday, October 18, 2024 11:59PM EST time
Submissions will be subject to blind peer-review by the Scientific Program Committee and will be allocated to sessions based on objective scoring on quality, clinical relevance and originality.
Submission is open to any plastic surgeon: whether a regular ISAPS speaker, or a newly qualified surgeon, your work will be considered.
Best scored abstracts will be eligible for consideration for ISAPS Scientific Awards.
Early career surgeons (residents or those within 3 years post qualification) may elect to be considered for our junior surgeons Best Paper Awards.
We offer an additional 10% discount for abstract submitters valid until November 18, 2024 only. The discount code will be detailed in abstract submission confirmation. Registration for the ISAPS Olympiad World Congress 2025, Singapore, will open in September 2024.

Our invited faculty will be chosen as your ‘best rated’ speakers across all ISAPS events of the last two years, according to the speaker ratings. The last 15 speakers are voted by delegates during our Congress in Cartagena – all delegates, live and virtual, have the chance to vote by completing the evaluation form!
The rest of our program presentations will be selected from a competitive peer-reviewed abstract submission process, so please do share your work: new techniques, innovations, research studies, case reports or critical state-of-the-art updates are all welcome, and will be considered for presentation in our main program sessions.
Best presentation awards will be presented in all topic categories and our winners will be acknowledged in ISAPS official Journal and receive invitations to speak at our next World Congress.
All program presentations will be selected from a competitive peer-reviewed abstract submission process. So if you would like to take part in our program you can! Just submit your best work within one of our subject categories and it will be considered for one of our Olympiad presentation formats.
Best presentation awards will be voted (by our audience and scientific committee) and presented in all categories during our Olympiad ceremonies on site in Singapore.
All accepted abstracts will be published in a citeable supplement to ISAPS Official Journal: Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
