In 2011, Prof. Dr. Dr. Wolfgang Gubisch, Prof. Dr. Alex Mario Feller, and Dr. Dirk Richter introduced the concept of SOS meetings. Their primary aim was to focus exclusively on potential complications in aesthetic surgery to gain insights, address these issues, and prevent them in the future. The SOS Symposium was designed not to assign blame to any surgeon for a complication but to promote mutual learning, provide solutions for unplanned outcomes, and share strategies to avoid future complications. Today, the symposium’s objective remains the same.
8:30 – 16:30
The SOS Live Surgeries take place at Kuzbari Center for Aesthetic Medicine.
Address: Seitzergasse 2/4, 1010 Vienna, Austria
