Registration for the ISAPS Istanbul World Congress is now closed. Delegates and ISAPS Members can watch selected lectures from the Congress On Demand via the ISAPS Video Library.
The registration link will lead you to a page where you can either log-in to an existing X-CD-account or create a new account.
Full registration includes access to the Congress App; entrance to the Opening Ceremony, exhibition hall & scientific sessions; Master Classes; coffee and lunch break food and drink.
Optional courses; pre-Congress courses on Sep 20; social program (except Opening Ceremony).
Yes, if they register either as a full event attendee or as an AP/guest with exhibit hall access (note: Plastic surgeons cannot be registered as APs/guests). For social evening events you can just add an additional ticket to your booking – you are allowed to book up to five tickets per function.
Requests for refunds will be granted for cancellation until August 20, 2022 and must be emailed to registrar@isaps.org . No refunds will be granted for any reason thereafter, except in cases of failure to obtain a visa to enter Turkey (with documentary evidence from Embassy or Consulate) or COVID-19 / other travel restrictions imposed directly by the government of Turkey.
In case of cancellation due to illness/accidents, we will require your medical certificate from a local hospital/doctor, including the delegate’s full name and dates of document creation.
To ensure the refund application can be successful, the document should be from the few days before the trip and no later than 2 days after the trip departure.
Refunds are at ISAPS' discretion.
A 20% administrative fee will be retained from all refunds except for visa denials.
In case you are unable to travel due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, we will offer you the possibility to convert your onsite participation into a virtual Congress attendance (and will refund you the difference in the Congress fee).
ISAPS will not be responsible for any travel-related costs. Many airlines are offering change fee waivers for booked airfare. Please contact your travel provider for their currently established fee and cancellation policies. It is your responsibility to cancel your reservation.
For your travel arrangements, we recommend that you contact your travel agency and hotel as soon as possible to modify your bookings. It is your responsibility to cancel your reservation.
ISAPS recommends all travelers take out their own travel insurance including COVID-19 cover.

A receipt is automatically sent to your email once you have completed your registration; this is your invoice. Check your spam filter if you don’t see it immediately.
Registration will remain open throughout the event for both onsite and virtual attendance. If you have missed the event, you will still have the possibility to register for On Demand access post-event. The opportunity to register for On Demand access has now also passed. ISAPS Members will be able to watch selected Congress content via ISAPS Video Library.
No, but you will have the opportunity – in your member profile – to pay your 2022 dues and, after that, you can get discounted registration.
Dues payments for 2022 opened on October 1, 2021, and payments made since that date cover the period from date of payment to December 31 of the year following (2022) or, for multi-year memberships, December 31 of the years following.
The membership year is from January 1 to December 31, 2022.

As soon as you have applied and paid your fee, you will be able to access the member fees to register for the Congress as a pending member. This applies only as long as you apply before September 1, 2022.
In the event your member application is not successful, it is not refundable, but you will still be able to attend the Congress as a non-member.
Join NOW! Do not wait if you would like to register as a new member of ISAPS to attend the ISAPS World Congress at a reduced fee! As ISAPS’ membership year is from January 1 to December 31, 2022, you do not save any money by renewing later in 2022: your membership will still end on December 31, 2022.
In the event of a double booking (where a participant has made two registrations for the event), ISAPS must be notified in writing on or before August 20 , 2022, to registrar@isaps.org . The registration fee for the second booking will be refunded, minus a 25% administration charge. Refunds will not be given for double bookings after this date.
No refunds will be issued for Congress ‘No-shows‘.
We do offer an “Accompanying Person Exhibition Only Ticket” that can be bought by a registered participant.
Alternatively, you can purchase a Day ticket which gives you access to both the Scientific Program and the Exhibition.

Yes, we will organize a live event in Istanbul but also stream the event for those participants that are unable or unwilling to attend in person.
Istanbul has two airports: the most common and bigger one is Istanbul airport (IST) on the European side. The smaller one is Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW) on the Asian side. Both are quite far from the city center. Unfortunately, there is no train service.

As of April 17, 2013, the electronic visa replaced the sticker visa, previously issued at the border crossings. e-Visa application is possible from any place with internet connection. Applicants just need to log on to evisa.gov.tr, provide the requested information, make the online payment (only once the application is approved), and download their e-Visa. The whole process takes no more than 10 minutes. Please note that the e-Visa is only valid when the purpose of travel is tourism or commerce. Other purposes, such as work and study, require a regular visa given by Embassies or Consulates. Since the information of visas is changeable, please contact the visa information for foreigners on the Turkish Foreign Ministry website.
