Application Criteria

Here is an overview of the application criteria for the ISAPS Fellowship Program

The ISAPS Fellowship Program is distinguished by a fair and transparent selection process that ensures all applicants are evaluated based on objective criteria. Our goal is to offer talented and motivated plastic surgeons from around the world the best opportunities for advanced training in renowned clinics.

The selection process is based on a point system, which scores applicants across various categories. These categories include:

- Academic achievements

- Clinical experience

- Scientific publications

- Motivation letters and recommendations

- Involvement in plastic surgery and participation in ISAPS activities

Each of these categories contributes to the applicant's overall ranking. Based on their total points, candidates are placed on a ranked list. Those with the highest scores have the advantage of selecting their preferred clinics first. This ensures that the most sought-after positions are allocated through a fair and transparent process.

Our aim is to provide all Fellows with the best conditions for a successful career in plastic surgery while offering them the opportunity to learn from the world's leading experts.

We look forward to continuing to support and develop the next generation of top surgeons through our Fellowship Program.
