Being able to guide surgeons under the aegis of ISAPS is his way of giving back to the society.

Dr. Milan Doshi began practicing over 16 years ago, with a majority of his career dedicated to specializing in aesthetic surgery. Throughout this period, he embarked on an enlightening journey, though not without its challenges. Lessons were learned and accolades earned through perseverance. Dr. Doshi recognized the significance of having an experienced, skilled, and qualified mentor to facilitate his progress and wants to give back to the ISAPS community.

"I have mentored 35 junior surgeons in the last decade attests to the fact that I love teaching. I hope that my mentoring would give them the much-required direction and boost to kick-start their career. At the same time this would also help us meet the surging need of able cosmetic surgeons in India."
